Who we serve
ChiVer Independent Living serves adults with physical, developmental, or cognitive disabilities who receive SSI or SSDI benefits. We work with individuals across Arizona, partnering with state agencies and community organizations to reach those who need support most.
Eligibility criteria
- Adults 18+ with a qualifying disability
- SSI or SSDI recipients
- Arizona residents
- Referred by DHR, social worker, or case manager — or self-referred
